1.        Conference registration will take place on Saturday 8.00 – 10.00 a.m. at the main campus of the University of Cyprus. 

2.     Every day a bus will drive you from your hotel to the conference venue according to the following timetable

 3.     Every day the presentations will start at 8:00 except for Saturday (10:00).  The last session ending time varies from day to day:

Saturday: 18:00, Sunday13:30, Monday: 13:30, Wednesday:13:30, and Thursday:16:30.

4.     Partners’ Program

There are two excursions for partners (Sunday and Monday). We will depart from the University of Cyprus Main Campus at 8:00 am and will be returning at your hotel in the afternoon. Partners are encouraged to use the conference buses to get to the Main Campus in the morning. If you are interested in purchasing tickets (30 Cyprus Pounds), please ask at the Conference Secretariat.

 

5.     Lunch

        On Saturday lunch will be available for free. A ticket is included in your registration packet. If you are interested in having lunch at the conference venue during any of the other days, you will need to buy tickets during registration (5 Cyprus Pounds per ticket)

Lunch times are as follows:

    1. Saturday: 13:00-14:00
    2. Sunday: 13:30-14:30
    3. Monday: 13:30-14:30
    4. Wednesday: 13:30-14:30
    5. Thursday: 12:30-14:00

 

6.     Tuesday is Conference Excursion Day! We will be departing from the Main Campus at 8:00 a.m. Those of you who have not purchased tickets can still do so from the Conference Secretariat for 20 Cyprus Pounds per ticket.

 

7.     Conference Dinner: Wednesday evening. A bus will depart from your hotel around 19:45 and from the main campus at 20:00. The conference dinner is included in your registration fee. If you are interested in attending please obtain a ticket during registration. Partners will need to purchase a ticket (15 Cyprus Pounds).
