All bookings are now closed.

Delegates will have accommodation in student halls or in hotels in Nicosia, close to the University with a choice between single and shared double rooms. Alternatively, they can stay in Larnaca, on the coast. If you choose to stay in Larnaca, please note that you will need to make your own arrangements for transportation to and from the hotels. Shared taxi arrangements can be made by asking at your hotel reception.

All prices include breakfast. Please note that you can liaise directly with the hotels to make your bookings and down payments. For online accommodation bookings you can try the hotel websites shown above, or alternatively you might be interested in the following profit initiative: International Education Support Scheme Alternatively, the conference organizing committee can make a booking on your behalf, but in this case you will need to prepay the whole amount in advance. If you are interested in this possibility, please contact the conference secretariat at girep2008@ucy.ac.cy. Please note that you will not have a booking until you receive confirmation from us via email. Bookings in student halls can only be made through the conference secretariat. Please complete the Student Hall Accommodation Form and send it back to us with your payment receipt at girep2008@ucy.ac.cy. Please note that you will need to prepay the whole amount in advance. Important notice about the Student Halls
Up to 50 delegates could be housed in brand new student rooms that are also fully air-conditioned. An additional 50 rooms, which are not air-conditioned, are also available.

Please note that there is a 40% cancellation fee until the end of June. After July 1st there will be no refunds for cancellations of accommodation in student halls.

Please also make sure that all bank transfer expenses will be covered at your end. If you do not ascertain this, you will be charged an administrative fee of 25 Euro when you come to the registration desk.

LARNACA

If you would like to stay close to the sea side you might want to look into one of the hotels in Larnaca (40 minutes away by car).
