* In order to be eligible for the student discount you will need to submit to the Conference Secretariat original certification that you are currently enrolled as a university student. Please note that you will not be able to register at these rates until we have received your certification and we have sent you a special student code to be included in your registration form. You can contact the Conference Secretariat at girep2008@ucy.ac.cy

You can send your student enrolment certificate at any time to the following address: GIREP 2008, 19 Leda Str #101, 2115 Nicosia, Cyprus.

Please allow two weeks for processing of your student certification in order to receive your student code. In other words, if you are trying to register at the student rate before the early registration deadline of 15 April 2008, you will need to make sure that we have received your original certification before 1^st April 2008.

Accompanying Persons

A 60 Euro registration fee for accompanying persons includes the welcome cocktail, conference excursion, coffee breaks and lunch.

Cancellation
Cancellations must be made by 31 May 2008. A 50 € cancellation fee will be charged. Refunds of cancellations postmarked after 31 May 2008 will not be possible.

Please send us an email or fax with your completed registration form and payment receipt.

Please also make sure that all bank transfer expenses will be covered at your end. If you do not ascertain this, you will be charged an administrative fee of 25 Euro when you come to the registration desk.
